ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

After you make the first deposit, so your account is funded, it needs to be verified so you can take advantage of all the opportunities that GeneveMarket can offer you. Once your account is fully verified, it provides you access to the full spectrum of the services.

Trading account verification take a few steps, and it is a very easy procedure. All that you need is to upload the scanned copy of your passport or any other ID. After that, the document will be inspected. Within 72 business hours after sending the document, you will receive an email confirming a higher status of your trading account or requesting additional documents necessary for the verification.

The condition of your uploaded documents should be:

The scanned copy must be clear and in color.

The scanned copy must be complete and have a two-page spread.

Both sides of the identity document must be scanned.

If the customer’s name is in two languages in the passport, but this data is on different pages, the scanned copies of both pages must be provided.

No obvious erasures, additions, scratch-outs or other unauthorized manipulations are allowed.

The photo must be of high quality.

The name(s) on the account must be identical to the one(s) in the document.

One of the documents uploaded for verification must prove a client’s address. The address specified in the account data must be the same as in the document.

ID Verification:

ID card/ Passport/ Driving licence

Address verification

Certificate of domicile

Bank statement with account holder’s name and address in it (the document must not be older than 3 months and must be signed and sealed by a bank official)

Utility bill (not older than 3 months)
